Return & Exchange Policy
Here, at Styled By Apra, we do not offer a return and exchange policy, in normal circumstances.
But we will consider it in case of an exceptional case, ie. Manufacturing defect in the product.
Please note that we do not provide a pick-up facility. To return an item, please send the package via India Post, which offers comparatively lower shipping rates.
Kindly note that only the product amount will be applicable for a refund, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
For quicker processing, you can place a new order directly on our website to ensure your desired product is not out of stock. Once we receive your returned item, we will evaluate and initiate a refund process for the returned product amount (shipping charges will not be refunded).
To qualify for a return or an exchange, your item must be in its original condition, i.e. unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure that your order number and your address details are mentioned on the return package.
Damages or Issues
We carefully inspect each and every product before shipping it to you. However, if you still receive a damaged, defective or an incorrect item, please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue for you.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
